🛍️ Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided.
- We do not accept returns for items that are:
- Used or damaged after delivery
- Opened skincare or cosmetics
- Purchased during a promotional sale (unless damaged or defective)
🔁 Return Conditions by Location
- Inside Dhaka: Returns can be requested with full refund or exchange within 7 days.
- Outside Dhaka: Returns accepted under the same policy, but customer must cover return shipping cost unless the item is defective or wrong.
💳 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method or through mobile banking.
📦 Damaged or Wrong Item?
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing video as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened skincare or beauty products
- Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
